1. Service Description

CustomTunes4U creates personalized songs based on information provided by the customer. Each song is custom-written, professionally produced, and delivered in digital format MP3 via email.

2. Ordering & Personalisation

To create your song, you will be asked to submit personal information such as names, traits, special memories, and desired tone or genre.

By submitting this information, you confirm that:

  • You have permission to share it

  • The content is respectful and appropriate

  • You understand that the final product is influenced by your input

3. Delivery

All songs are delivered via email within [typically 3–7 business days].
We will do our best to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to complexity or volume of orders.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without notice.
All payments must be completed before production begins.

We accept payment through secure third-party providers – PayPal.

5. Refunds & Revisions

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available once production has begun.

If there is a technical issue or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to correct it.

We do not offer full rewrites, but small revisions may be considered at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All songs created by CustomTunes4U are owned by the customer for personal use only.

You may:

  • Share the song privately

  • Use it as a gift

You may not:

  • Resell or commercially distribute the song

  • Claim authorship or use it in advertising without written permission

CustomTunes4U retains the right to display anonymized samples for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Misunderstandings due to unclear customer instructions

  • Reactions to gift content

  • Technical issues beyond our control
